Strategic directions of the company Dialon

The main competence of Dialon Company is the development of software for automation of design systems, processes of management, reconstruction and operation of construction objects, structures and engineering networks, training, simulation and simulation models. In this regard, the strategic goal of the company is to create and develop software solutions, as well as to bring them to the international market, including using the resources of the European Commission, such as the Horizon 2020 Program and the European Entrepreneurship Network.

One such solution is the Dialon Pipeline Wizard software. Therefore, the next stage - its commercialization and successful advancement in the international energy market - is part of the company's strategy implementation.

At the same time, the company plans to use a modern business model, namely, the potential of the cluster approach, which should become the basis and catalyst for the effective implementation of the original software package Dialon Pipeline Wizard in the territory of European and Associated countries as well as Eastern Europe.

The cluster model is fully consistent with the company's business growth strategy.

Following the industry specifics, within the framework of the implemented strategy it is planned to form the Interregional Coordination Cluster on the use of Smart Grid technologies in the modernization of urban engineering networks.

This cluster will have a network orientation and implement:

1. Expert evaluation of information and communication technologies in order to use the complex possibilities of Dialon Pipeline Wizard;

2. Marketing and promotion of the idea of rapid modernization of centralized networks of cities through the introduction of the Dialon Pipeline Wizard;

3. Using the Dialon Pipeline Wizard for commercial and industrial management of heat consumption of residential buildings with the aim of:

• reduction of energy losses in engineering networks;

• accelerating communications in the management of the distribution network;

• efficiency of optimal solutions for modernization;

• integrated development of network development strategies;

• adaptation of the infrastructure of accounting and measurement to the needs of pipelines;

• effective interaction of the network structure with the infrastructure for charging for heat energy;

• integration of renewable and distributed generation of sources;

• monitoring and control of the operation of the DH;

• formation of a new segment of educational infrastructure in the field of energy saving;

• on-line simulation of network energy supply processes for target groups of consumers in order to expand the consumer market.

To solve these problems, it is planned to create a project office both for implementing the strategy of the company Dialon and for providing assistance to partners involved in joint activities aimed at promoting innovative information technologies.
